Creator Growth Lab is an independent educational resource for creators. We try to collect as little personal data as possible and to be plain about what we do collect. What information we collect

We collect two kinds of information. First, information you give us directly: your email address when you subscribe to the newsletter or request the free playbook, and anything you include if you contact us. Second, limited technical information your browser sends automatically, such as your approximate region, device type, and the pages you visit, used in aggregate to understand what content is useful.

How we use it

We use your email to send the newsletter and the resources you asked for, and nothing else. We use aggregate analytics to improve the guides and decide what to write next. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and Creator Growth Lab does not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Newsletter and forms

Email signups and contact forms on this site are processed by Formspree, a third party form provider, which receives the email address and any message you submit in order to deliver it to us. Your submission is subject to Formspree's own privacy practices in addition to ours. You can ask us to delete your email from our list at any time, and every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies or similar technologies to keep the site working and to measure usage in aggregate. We aim to use privacy respecting analytics that do not track you across other websites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.

Third parties and links

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and may include affiliate or referral links to tools and services. Affiliate links are marked, and we may earn a commission if you sign up through them, at no extra cost to you, as described on our disclosure page. When you follow a link to another site, that site's own privacy policy governs your visit. We are not responsible for the practices of sites we link to.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold, and to opt out of certain processing. We honor these requests regardless of location. To exercise any of them, or to ask a question, email us using the contact details below and we will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.

Data retention and security

We keep your email for as long as you remain subscribed, and remove it on request or when you unsubscribe. We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure.

Children and age

This site is intended for adults running or planning a creator business. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
